Paying Her Debt

Ginger's accountant was kind enough to allow Ginger to take and file her taxes without payment up front, saying he's send a bill. However, that bill keeps showing up in the mail every month since and Ginger refuses to pay it. Not paying someone for services rendered doesn't sit well with Chelsea and it becomes evident that Ginger is in for a bottom burning lesson. Ginger gets it good with hand and hairbrush, after which she promises to pay!
